Knowing what I want…Change my Actions and Behaviors to Change my Habits
To know what I need to change; I need to know what I want. Once I know what I want, the next step is to look at small actions and behaviors I can change to give it an opportunity.
Changing a few small actions or behaviors daily, can create successful new habits. Once I identify the actions and behaviors, I can monitor them on a consistent or regular basis to track progress. Then I can identify things that are working well and things that are not working well. When I can tell my story about being intentional and strategic in my efforts, I find myself motivated to do more.
Showing up differently, gives me the opportunity to have what I say I want.
